SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Truly Yours Parfums creates exclusive and limited quantities. In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. We will notify you if that is the case. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock.
Free Shipping on all orders within the US & Canada for a limited time only! Estimated delivery for Standard UPS ground shipping within the Continental US & Canada is 5 to 7 business days.
Other than to Canada, for all international shipping we will contact you with the actual charge after your order has been placed with a shipping quote. We will ship after you have agreed to the charge. You may cancel your order if you choose at this time. Estimated Standard International UPS can take up to 14 business days.
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California. Orders will be shipped via UPS Monday – Friday, except on major holidays. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you after placing your order. We process orders from Monday through Friday.
Truly Yours Parfums will only ship to residential or business addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please try a sample before purchasing a full size. Trulyyoursparfums.com will not accept any returns and will accept exchanges only under certain conditions. We will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping, but no refunds will be given.
You may exchange a product within the first 30 days from the date of purchase (not the date of receipt). After 30 days, we will not accept any exchanges. If less than 30 days, please contact customer service at 1-888-583-5560 and obtain a return authorization number. You will need to provide a reason for the exchange.
For Trulyyoursparfums.com to accept your shipment, please must do the following:
1. Package the product in an appropriate shipping container.
2. Return the product and all paperwork/receipts that came with it, with the original packaging. Please keep a copy of your records.
3. The product must be unused and unopened.
4. The package must contact the return authorization number on the outside of the package, and be readily visible. No packages will be accepted without an RMA.
It is your responsibility to pay for all return shipping charges. Trulyyoursparfums.com will not accept any COD shipments. You must ship your package back to us via ground shipment, preferably with UPS or Fedex. You can ship it via USPS, but make sure you get a tracking number. It is a good idea to get insurance on your package as well, since we will not insure it for you. If your package gets lost, we will not issue an exchange.
We will notify you when we get your shipment, and as to the outcome of the exchange. After we inspect your shipment, it is still at the discretion of the Trulyyoursparfums.com in determining if an exchange will be issued to you. If we are out of stock for more than 30 days on the product you returned for exchange, we will offer you the option of a comparable product or issue you a credit. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you. All products shipped to you will be via UPS.
If your return was a gift, then we will issue you a store credit for the lowest price of the past 6 months.
